KeepNotes is a modern online platform that collects notes, lectures, and other documents from students for students. Visitors can upload their materials in minutes and access them from any gadget with no limits. With the help of our service, you can easily find information on an academic topic of interest. Additionally, we carefully monitor the quality and exclusivity of the posted materials.
We reward authors who share their useful materials with others. Download and earn! You receive a monetary reward after the moderator checks and approves your notes.
Of course. All we ask is that you adhere to ethical standards:
If you need to delete a document, please email our support team at [email protected]. If you don't see the document you want to remove, first check that you are logged in to the account from which you added the document to the site.
Additionally, if you received payment for publishing this document, you must reimburse it. Thus, your document will be removed after the payment is refunded. You can learn more about the terms and conditions and how to get a refund by writing to us.
To speed up your search for the desired document, use the form by clicking here. You can search by topic, keyword, institution, or document type. Afterward, you will immediately see your research results at the top of the page.
Try searching by different parameters. This will allow you to find the largest number of materials to match your specific request.
We are here for you! We realize that questions may arise spontaneously. We also know that we have users from different countries. Whatever the time on the clock or your time zone is, just email us at [email protected].
You can upload your materials (lecture notes, exercises, essays, and other documents) in the following formats: PDF, DocX, PNG, and JPG.
We do not recommend uploading scanned versions of documents or those that have been handwritten. Indecipherable text, small fonts, and mechanical damage to the scanned sheet make it difficult to perceive the information. Often, such materials cannot be uploaded due to low quality for reading by other users.
If you upload documents in image format, ensure they are high quality. Besides, note that photos of lecture slides, excerpts from existing books, screenshots of online content, or other copyrighted documents cannot be uploaded to the site.
The documents are subject to moderation. If you pass moderation, you will see the accepted documents in your account (Uploads page). Materials may not pass inspection for a variety of reasons. The most frequent are low-quality materials, partially or completely generated content, and uploading of previously published and copyrighted notes.
Documents rejected by the moderator will be deleted. If you have any questions about the reasons for rejecting documents, you can email us at [email protected].
KeepNotes happily welcomes everyone willing to share their useful materials with others. Our team does everything to make uploading materials as easy as possible while maintaining their quality.
Thus, when uploading entries to the site, you must first ensure they comply with our Terms of Use and Honor Code. We recommend reviewing this information to familiarize yourself with the lists of permissions and restrictions.
To add a document, simply click the Upload File button and add the document in one of the supported formats. By uploading your records, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Use and Honor Code.
You can upload your documents here. Your document will appear on the site after a moderator's review.
If you cannot, check that all required fields are filled in correctly. Also, check the file format in which you are uploading the document. If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected].
Before a note appears on the site, it undergoes a thorough review. We analyze the uploaded document, comparing it with millions of files both in our database and on the Internet. We do our best to avoid publishing unoriginal or copied documents.
On average, the moderation process takes up to 48 hours. However, this timeframe may be extended if the document has been sent for in-depth review. We are attentive to the quality of content, so we hope you understand the time restrictions.
We support authors who share the results of their labor. The amount of reward will be different in each individual case. Our system determines the amount of reward based on different factors. File type, document category, and details about the materials specified at the time of uploading are considered. Moreover, the moderation process includes not only processing uploaded documents by a specialist. Our system automatically scrutinizes the file with millions of other files (both on the KeepNotes site and in the archives of other online pages).
Awards range from $0.1 to $1. Of course, high-quality and exclusive documents receive a higher fee.
All submitted materials are recorded. The author receives payment after the document is moderated. If you receive payment on PayPal, please note that the service charges a commission (30 cents). Therefore, we send payment to Paypal when the author accumulates at least 1 USD on their account.
If your paper has passed moderation, you will be paid to PayPal. This happens automatically: you will not need to do any additional actions. Note that we only make payments to PayPal for technical and security reasons.
If your document has been rejected because it does not meet the criteria, no reward will be calculated. In such a case, the uploaded materials will be deleted.
You will receive an email if your document uploaded to KeepNotes has been rejected. It means the submitted material did not meet our criteria, so you got such an email.
We also recommend carefully checking your payment details if you have uploaded a document for sale. Please note that our system will thoroughly check your document before you receive your payment. We analyze both the quality of the uploaded file (good readability) and its exclusivity. The system compares your document with over a million documents from the site's database and other materials posted on online sites. This is done to avoid plagiarism.
In each case, the reason for rejecting an uploaded file may differ. Some of the most common reasons for rejection include the following:
You may re-upload the document, but you must first correct any problems. Please make sure that your entries meet the service requirements.
The quality and uniqueness of published content are among the main values of the KeepNotes service. That is why we post only those materials that 100% meet our requirements.
We have developed a multi-level system of checking and protecting content from plagiarism. Therefore, each work is thoroughly checked before it appears on the site.
Here are some of the main criteria that are categorically unacceptable when uploading files to KeepNotes:
This list may be expanded. We also reserve the right to block users who attempt to violate the site's rules on a one-time or systematic basis.
KeepNotes users are prohibited from uploading or posting copyright-infringing material. It includes but is not limited to test materials, textbooks, teacher's guides, test banks, lecture notes, slide presentations, or any other copyrighted work, in whole or in part, without obtaining consent from the copyright owner.
Copying content from third-party sources, whether directly copied or paraphrased, is copyright infringement and is strictly prohibited on KeepNotes.
By submitting content to KeepNotes, users confirm that they either own the copyright in the content or have express permission from the copyright owners to use and upload it.
Users also certify that the content they upload complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of ethics, including their school's academic honesty policy, and does not violate KeepNotes' Terms of Use and Honor Code.
Our service reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content reported to violate copyright, and repeated violations of this policy may result in termination of user accounts.
KeepNotes closely monitors the exclusivity and quality of posted materials. We reserve the right to remove individual documents or entire courses if we find violations of the rules.
If you believe that any of the courses or documents you find infringe copyright, you may contact us to request removal of the material.
Our system analyzes the authenticity of documents at the stage of uploading materials. If an attempt to post a document present on the site is detected, it will be rejected.
Also, users always have the right to request the file removal if they think it violates someone's copyright. The final decision rests with KeepNotes.
KeepNotes has a policy of considering clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that user-uploaded content on KeepNotes infringes the copyrights of creative works of which you are the owner or representative, and you wish to request the removal of such content, submit a content removal request.
Copyright owners may also report links to third-party sites containing infringing material on KeepNotes by sending a valid DMCA notice to the email address or address provided.
You may use this form or email [email protected] to submit a notice of copyright infringement on KeepNotes. The notice must contain the following information:
We do not make decisions based on emotional appeals. Therefore, if you seriously believe that there is a fact of plagiarism, take care to provide comprehensive arguments. It will help us to make a prompt and objective decision regarding copyrighted content.
The main goal of KeepNotes is to provide a fast and convenient way for authors to publish their notes, share information, and improve the quality of educational content. We highly appreciate the labor of authors who post their works. Therefore, we do our best to keep the exclusivity of publications.
The main condition for posting records is your authorship. You must have created the document you uploaded or be your verified property. Thus, an automatic check is performed when you upload documents to the KeepNotes website. Unauthorized documents will be rejected at this stage.
The KeepNotes service does everything possible to preserve copyright. Therefore, we require full compliance with the requirements for every document uploaded to the site. The multi-stage verification system allows for maximum protection against plagiarism. Note that our database has more than one million documents and is constantly being replenished.
Not having an author listed (or if you simply don't know the author) does NOT mean there is no copyright. If you did not create the document you plan to upload to the site, you are not the document’s author or owner.
Posting a document in such a case is possible ONLY with official permission from the copyright holder.
If a document review reveals irregularities, KeepNotes reserves the right to remove such material unilaterally. In this case, you will be notified accordingly. Documents whose authors or owners have submitted a request confirming their right of ownership (authorship) are also subject to removal.
In case of repeated attempts to upload someone else's content, the KeepNotes service has the right to delete the account of such a user without warning.
According to the U.S. Copyright Office, copyright is a branch of intellectual property law designed to protect original works of authorship. These include literary, dramatic, musical, and artistic works, including poetry, novels, movies, music, computer software, and architectural designs. Notably, copyright does not extend to the protection of facts, ideas, systems, or methods of operation; its scope is limited to the expression of these concepts.
The exclusive rights granted to an author under copyright include copying, distributing, creating derivative works, and publicly performing or displaying the work. This system provides authors with sole ownership of their creative endeavors.
Moreover, copyright infringement may be a reason to go to court. The infringer may be penalized (often financial damages) in such a case.
The DMCA acronym refers to a US law that provides copyright protection for digital materials. This document consists of five sections. Each section regulates a specific area of copyright. This document also regulates the legal responsibilities of online service providers and implies posting content by copyright regulations.
Thus, infringement of intellectual property implies legal liability. Therefore, KeepNotes, as a large content hosting platform, is guided by both high ethical principles and operates within the law.
