Introduction • This lecture focuses on significant achievements and advancements in oil well maintenance and remediation technologies. II. Innovative Sand Control Technology • Developed technology for cost-effective elimination of sand-related issues in oil wells, proven to be 2-3 times cheaper than alternatives offered by "NAGAOKA USA." • Adopted by OAO Gazprom for implementation in various West Siberian gas fields (Meeting Protocol, OAO Gazprom, November 20, 1998). III. Waterproofing Solutions • Applied waterproofing compounds in 52 wells, resulting in uninterrupted operations without water-related complications. • Achieved additional gas production of over 3 billion cubic meters and an economic benefit of 1237 thousand rubles. IV. Mitigating Gas Flow and Inter-Column Pressure Challenges • Implemented technology to address gas flow and inter-column pressure issues in all wells experiencing such complications. • Post-repair, wells operate smoothly for several years, compared to the previous methods with an effective period of only a few months. • Realized an economic benefit of 1751 thousand rubles from implementing this technology in two gas wells. V. Well Repair Planning • Developed forecasts for the next 3-5 years, detailing the structure and volume of well repair work for each type of complication, continually updated with factual data. • Introduced a service system for well repair using domestically-produced coiled tubing units since 1999. • Reduced repair time by approximately 3 times compared to traditional hoisting units. • The combined use of coiled tubing units and hoisting units could reduce gas well repair costs by 12.7 million USD by 2010. VI. Technological Integration • Equipped all departments with computers running our custom software package for well optimization and maintenance tasks. • Enhanced productivity, decision-making quality, and documentation accuracy of IT specialists and engineers.
