Reverse the slide , 80 that coverslip is on top of the cavity 5 6 observe just in 10X El later 40x. OBSERVATION Many rod shaped 4 circular shaped bacteria well observed moving in the slide. RESULT True motility of rod shaped bacillus El spherical coll were found under the mivoscope .
