DX: made by CT. Tx drain pleural county Thoracenters (needle aspiration) ABX (4/6 wks) tube thoracostomy (chest drainage) open chest dramage via thongcotomy teach lung expanding breathing exenuses chest tubeteaching If d/c home t/it.
