If we candescribe a vector's magnitude and direction, we should be able to determine the vector'sidentity. But not everything is so simple. Suppose a vector has a magnitude of 3 and an angle of theta. Theta describes thedirection of the vector. If we know theta, we can determine the direction of the vector. Sothe task is, to find the vector in terms of theta.
