Their engagement matters, it's a guiding light, For students' success, both day and night.   Flexibility is key, in venues and in time, To welcome parents, in rhythm and rhyme. Off-site and varied hours, a welcoming embrace, Ensures their presence, in this learning space.   Effective communication, the heart's sweet song, Through various channels, we all belong. Face-to-face, or texts, emails that chime, Keep parents informed, in this dance of time.   Complaints may arise, but let us not forget, A procedure in place, no need to fret. Maintain positive bonds, in troubles and in grace, For harmony and learning, let love embrace.   Technology, a tool, we must not ignore,

To reach parents' hearts, from shore to shore. Texts, emails, and websites, our message clear, In the digital age, let our voices cheer.   Parents involved, in communication's domain, Their input sought, like a gentle rain. In newsletters and feedback, their voices rise, For together we learn, beneath the boundless skies.   Positive phone calls, a practice to employ, To nurture bonds, and not destroy. In praise and gratitude, let us speak, To strengthen the connection, in a world so unique.   And fathers, oh fathers, their role profound, In children's growth, they're firmly bound. Intellectual, social, emotions they sway, Engage dads with love, let them light the way.   In the tapestry of learning, let parents be, The threads of support, for you and me. In unity and harmony, we shall find, A brighter future for all, in hearts entwined.
