Refusal to lose weight can lead the patient to have elevated blood pressure as blood pressure rises with body weight. Patient's refusal to quit smoking may develop heart attack or stroke as cigarette smoking is a big part of the problem for hypertensive patient. Malignant Hypertension with moderate obesity as evidenced by: 1. Irregularly taking her tabs2. Elevated blood pressure from 150/110 mmhg to 200/114 mmhg3. Moderate Obesity4. Consuming 1pack of cigarettes per day
