Leadership notes It is important to know the difference between leadership and management. We have 4,444 examples of great and powerful leaders throughout history. This may lead to the impression that leaders are bad people, but we've seen better leaders as well. This article aims to provide perspectives and differences between leadership and management. Leadership is the process of directing a group or group towards a common goal, goal or goal. I've heard that leaders are people who guide, inspire, motivate and inspire people. Dwight D. Eisenhower (Dwight D. Eisenhower) said, "Leadership is the art of getting others to do what you want to do because they want to do it." Leadership truth. Some leadership skills include communication. The ability to effectively communicate information to the team. Motivation is another leadership style because often spends more time acquiring employees they may not want. Effective managers choose roles because this develops new skills and supports the growth of the brand's members. Motivation is an important skill for any leader. It is important to be able to guide people in difficult times, even in bad situations, and to be able to express hope and optimism. It is a learning skill and must be practiced. As an inbound leader, I have deliberately monitored my reactions to situations. At first my reaction was negative and pessimistic. Other leadership skills include confidence and creativity. As a construction manager, I need to understand that there will be many changes in the projects I will be involved in in the future, most of which will require my input. Fortunately, I'm always creative and problems are easy to solve. Being able to give and receive positive feedback is also a culture that should be encouraged. A good manager should create a workplace where employees can move in without fear and discuss -related issues. With this, leaders have a real understanding of what is going on on the field. Leadership involves managing people while management includes managing people and managing everything. Therefore, managers plan, organize and coordinate work and work. Some management skills include problem solving, interpersonal skills, communication, motivation, organization, planning, business skills copying. STRATEGY Planning and Teaching. As can be seen, some of these characteristics are shared between leaders and managers. Although leadership and management are not the same thing, they should complement each other.
